Keto diet worked awesome for me but once I got married, sold the house (in 4 hours) found a new house in Florida, retired after 25 years, packed up, moved in to new house in October & now job hunting.....I got off my program!! Eating out every day for 2 weeks while in between houses didnt help.

Trying to get back on Keto as I know it works---hard part is getting into a new fitness routine. I used to have sidewalks @ the old house and I walked on my lunch hour @ work. Now I have neither as well as now I have pythons, alligators, bobcats & panthers to look out for walking..& no sidewalks..sheesh

Also some of my favorite keto friendly foods in Jersey you cant find here. A few of the places will ship to me but when your not working its expensive.
