Kind of concerned about my stagnation. Ive kicked up the walking and started eating a lot more veggies. I may have to cut veggies and go to more protean (fish, etc.) I seem to do better with low carb. Pants are looser and so are the shirts but I have gained a few in the last week? I am confused.

Im back... Had some rough patches there with some eating habits and let some things control my "bad" Choices...Back and didn't gain anything! Rejuvenated with a combo of the New Atkins, Palieo and Blood type plans. Now I am a roasted Veggie Fiend,,lol Looked for alternate sources of proteins since Turkey was getting a little boring and found Rabbit. It is good and tastes just like...you guessed it..chicken!..Really impressed with some of the losses I have seen since I looked today. Nice Job all!

Been really dialed in this week on Diet and the Wife is Finally starting to come around with asking me what I can have for diner (YAY)! Thanks all for the suggestions. Losing approx a lb a day by diet alone right now but will start an exercise routine Sat. or Sun. Walking has done great but its getting cold plus I dinged my knee somewhere's ? My exercise routine will involve the kids too. Take care and stay safe and motivated!
