This morning I weighed 191, but I ate right and got serious with my kettlebell workout (thanx to friends that wanted to try it too). So I weighed again this afternoon after burning 200 calories in the Kettlebell workout... and I dropped to 189. WooHoo! I'll eat right tonight while my body is still burning calories and feel good about it tomorrow.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
