Today was a day at the Drs. I am so thankful for him. He is a walking testimony to LCHF lifestyle 10 years ago he was 398lb today he is a marathon runner...So totally on board with this plan.. He also knows I tried LFHC and I gained wt.

Lab results were wonderful..

As far as the CN night thought process he is on the fence since I have so far to go.. Instead of doing a CN every 7-10 days we came up with the idea to wait til 21 days and if I stall out I will do a CN earlier but it won't be the junk I see people stating they eat while doing CN..

That was never my style anyway...

That's all super news! How lucky that you have an understanding doctor with the proper experience. I'm going to get some blood work done soon, but since probably I haven't been on a program long enough for it to make very much difference I'm considering that the results may be more of a "before."

Such a blessing to have a doctor that knows this LCHF diet is a great thing....my own doctor that treats many other diabetic patents still has a had time believing me that i cured myself from a fasting blood sugar 20.5 in 4 months to only 5.09. below 6.1 you are cured....my own doctor refers to herself a diabetic doctor...she did promise to read up on it.....i don't take the medicine any longer either.
