I've been gone so long I might as well have a conversation with myself! ;(
I've been challenged by a friend to get myself over here and start touching bases with all my buddies, so here I am!
I've taken a long break from working out, for anyone that's listening. I just felt so burned out all of a sudden. At any rate, that's all behind me now! I started with running stadiums and figured I'd be really sore yesterday when I got up, but thankfully i'm not! I feel a little stiff in my calves but I actually like that feeling! I know i've done something good!

Today is the start of Atkins induction...now that summer is over and the fruit season has come to a very sad end, I can get back to basics without crying too many tears. All I know is that i have to get back into gear and quickly...lots of events coming up very soon!
