Did better on my Cals today. Kept well w/in range of Micros. Measured myself b4 challenge. Yuck, those #'s way to high. Did bad on procrastination. Went to sleep this am 8:30 slept till 2:30. THIS HaS GOT TO STOP. FB & YT kept me up hours, well maybe the delicious meaty meal finished @ 12;20 kept me up, too.
