ok saw the chiropractor and I had a offset pelvis bone that caused the pain/pressure. He says its common bc women's pelvis are meant to move in childbirth. so I got a spinal manipulation and he cracked all that crap into place but now im sore AF on the side where i had the pressure. feels like some one punched my in the butt cheek lol. Dr says this is common and should clear up in a day or two and I should resume all normal gym activity. So i went to gym and felt great but now Im sore and can barely sit.. and I dont want to work today .. but i have to .. so boo.. All I did was walk on treadmill and some upper body, enough to break a sweat but dear lord, my rear side hurts.. Called dr and he said this is normal and I should be fine tomorrow.. Tomorrow can come soon enough...

First, let me make it perfectly clear I am NOT laughing because you are in pain, that sucks! BUTT....I think one of the reasons I love your posts is that it's like you're talking to me and I find myself giggling, then come the comments, more giggling. I love Fatsecret for the advice and support, but just as much for the laughs! Feel better soon!

I pulled a muscle in my butt once and it felt like I was sitting on a rock about the size of a grapefruit. I got black and blue from my butt cheek clear down to my thigh. It took a long time to heal. I hope you heal up quicker than I did. No one likes a pain in the butt.

Can I be Frank ? Why don't you stay the Heck away from the Gym,, and let this heal so that you can get serious and get back to the gym and work towards your 100pd Goal ??? And yes,, I am raising my voice at you.. for some reason I feel like I can :-) sorry !! but REALLY !!! Listen to your Body,, your gonna hurt yourself bad!!!

Red, here's something to consider (having been in the chiro process). If something is out of whack and he fixes it, the muscles can pull it back into where it thinks it should be. It's not a once and fixed thing typically. If you have access to a massage therapist in conjunction, it would be a smart thing to add if you're able. It helps them work together...

Tamarah, of course you can yell at me LOL .. I consider you a true friend bc only a real friend tells someone the truth and not sugar coates it ! And your right,, the gym needs to wait... the only thing Dr Handsome advised is walking slowly and 15 min today 25 min tomorrow 45 the next and so on until we find out whats causing this. The xrays will tell all and then we can develop a plan of action and that will happen in a few days till the xrays come back. SO im relying heavily on diet now.. and I can be honest, Im pretty depressed about this whole ordeal.. :(

Oh good Red ,, now that you laid it all out there and if walking does not hurt then go for it . You Know you can do this with just your LCHF WOE !! Stay away from the carbage and concentrate on good healthy food . Remember in the beginning you probably didn't workout at all,, and Lost weight. Food is 80% ,, exercise does not help you lose weight . Its good for you don't get me wrong,, as long as it doesn't hurt and your doing it for benefit other then weight loss . And thanks for considering me a friend , the feeling is mutual :-)
