I was up until Midnight last night washing my Dog Ellie with hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and dawn dishwashing liquid.
She got into a tussle with a rather large skunk last night....and lost. I mean, he NAILED her. She's only a 23 pound dog, so his spray pretty much hit all of her, mostly her face though. :(
So with that said I didn't get up to hit my fasted cardio. Instead I did a 12 hour fast which I just ended with a nice huge turkey and Swiss wrap with mustard.
I did do shoulders last night, which instead of doing abs at the end of my session I did 5 sets of 15 Shrugs with 75 lb. Dumbbells and four 100 foot farmers carries with 255 lbs. to help build strength and endurance in my upper traps, which will carry over to preventing injury when doing deadlifts (Last week I came very close to tearing my trap when I hit my Deadlift PR of 395 lbs.)
I also didn't get a chance to weigh-in this morning since I had to rush out the door. I'll record my weight tomorrow.
