Remember the lady who asked me if I was expecting? I've seen her twice more -- and actually glad. Her comment didn't have the anger effect on me. So happy for that! Each day I get up with a new slate ahead of me -- a new day to try towards my best self. Today I'm on my 2.5 round of 21 day fix - this is the 21st day (found an app on my ipad, and LOVE It!!! - So when you don't see me active here, I am utilizing the app on my ipad -- it's just a different way of figuring out your food.)

So I took probiotics yesterday and got the results today -- twice this morning. Now I want to sleep! But cannot. Oh well!

Yesterday was worn out -- stood sorting brochures for about 2 hours yesterday, then nearly completed all 3 of my projects for the day, but lacked 1. I was worn out by the time I arrived home. Drank a Wicked Ale after supper and called it a night by 8:30pm!

Back up today at 6:30am and did our workout-- Tai cheng. I did the foam roller massage higher up my thigh and boy howdy did I find some "trigger points!" Guess sitting about 6 hours might have something to do with that!!!

Looking forward to starting over again on the 21 day fix!!

I just started probiotics about a month a go and love the "results"... right on schedule every day LOL... my mom confesed to me that she used to think I look preggers too... Ill admit, it hurt, but only made me want to lose the weight even more...You got this !!
