House sitting Damage was done. Broke down and ordered 21 day fix exercises, with a plan to do them at lunch most days. Tai Cheng starts back tomorrow morning after nearly a week off, and running 1 mile daily on the elliptical starts back tomorrow as well. I can't express how much I really did not want to get on scales this morning. Another "let's do this " begins.
