What's for dinner? I had ground beef,  cooked chicken breast, and a leftover can of enchalada sauce. PLOP it all in a pot and BAM 💥 Top with cheese in my tiny cup.  So good.  I wish I had a 4 day weekend, 🙃 don't you?
