sleep is everything for me. It's the key to being successful. i haven't gotten a good night's sleep in weeks because of my dog. that's the only reason I'm not losing. at least I'm stable, but dang. I'm TIRED!

i comnpletely agree! i've been diagnonsed with sleep apnea and no matter how long i sleep its never enough i feel exhausted allthe time,when i go to been on time and don't snack later at night that's when 've been the most successful. been a while since i've been on that wavelength lol

RUBATO456 I was diagnosed with slap apnea last November. I a low score but I don't know. Until I can get use to this machine and analyze the data on it, I won't believe it fully. Lol. I feel the same way you do. Always tired.
Never feel like I get sleep. I had to buy the bi-pap machine cash and tried it with a full face. I can't sleep with it on. I am a side sleeper, so I need to try the nasal mask but don't know what to get. I need to just order one this week and try again.
