I am doing it! The last few days were brutal since I didn't sleep well. I was hangry and had cravings. I decided to go for the bacon for dessert instead of getting a keto snack. It was a much better choice and it worked. The cravings went away. So, sleep is the key to most of my success. Seriously. Bad sleep = torture for me.
I finally started my abbs and pushups with Tammy Lee's Abs of Steel 1 video. I swear it is da best. I used to do it when I was in my 20s and 30s. I was only a little soar the second day. I can tell my muscles are not engaging well, so I will have to concentrate harder when contracting my muscles! It's a start. I will get a walk today, and hopefully start my "Lift Weight Lose Weight" video with Kathy Smith. It's a great free-weight workout. I think today might be another Filet day or maybe a burger day.
