Simple breakfast. I'm eating for 1. LOL. Does anyone know if Indian food typically has MSG in it? I had it yesterday and it was amazing. almost too good. I had a headache all night and this morning.

FYI, there's MSG and other chemicals that are the MSG replacements, ie favor enhancers. Malodextrin, citric acid, yeast extract, soy extract, etc. Restaurants surely use one or all flavor enhancers.

Or more likely, they are using some processed foods which contain these ingredients.

Outer limit, have you ever had Authentic Indian food? Chicken Tika Masala, not a processed food dish. I could barely understand the owner 😆

MORTICIA OMG INDIAN FOOD IS THE BEST. Try the Chicken Tika Masala. Flavor BOMB! It fits in my ketocarnivore diet. I'm going to make it myself next time. So so so so so so so so good and not hard to make.

My next door neighbors are Indian, but raised in Kenya, South Africa, France and England. The authentic foods are really a treat. She is vegetarian and makes some fantastic things for me all the time. When I worked I would come home from a long night /day on call and within minutes they would be over with a wonderful hot meal for me..
