I've had a weight explosion upward and I can't find a reason...anyone out there see one???
234.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
the only thing that stands out on your food log is the lack of veggies you are consuming and your diet is lacking variety. I know I've had trouble if i eat the same thing over and over, body kind of gets used to it, stops responding. You have to mix it up sometimes to jump start things again. Different foods, different exercises maybe.
