Sorry for your stress. You are correct, it does seem to slow down weight loss for me as well. But keep your chin up, you will get through and then see the losses return.

Sorry to hear you are under a ton of stress. It does affect our weight loss and our entire bodies ! Take a deep breath, look at all the positive things in your life and just let it all go. Tomorrow is another day :)
