Best Damn Race Cape Coral in December in Florida. Great course..pancake flat. Upscale area. My husband will run the companion marathon. Highly recommend.
Yesterday was miserably humid and hot. Think I had a little heat stroke. Everyone including the elites were dying. My face was red for two hours. Whew.

My mom looked at my race pictures and said no more weight loss. I am a recovered anorexia. Can go overboard with this. You can be too thin at 67.
