14 hr road trip to Washington today. Mmmmmm... I just loved those oscar mayer hot dogs for lunch AND dinner... I was determined not to change my WOE this time during the long drive. I did miss my water and veggie mark though. But... I still feel accomplished!

nonna, I don't like to stop along the way. This trip I only stopped 2x! Can we say "I held it"! LOL!

Glad you made it safely. No wonder you didn't hit your water mark, though...there's no way you could have made just 2 stops if you had. Pat yourself on the back for staying on plan otherwise. Enjoy the weekend.

Good job, Cheryl. I think someone should start a franchise entity with tables and microwaves, to foster healthier eating. that way, those of us who travel with our food, can enjoy healthy, warm food when on the road!

I miss hot dogs! I can have them, but when it comes to choosing how to "spend" my fat grams, I'm not wasting them on hot dogs if that means I have to eat less chorizo, steak, guacamole or peanut butter. I sure used to love a grilled hot dog with BBQ sauce! And Vienna sausages too. Horrendously processed, but I loved them nonetheless lol.
