I havent lost weight in a long time, but edging down to the next 10th is so exciting! I forgot how much I love to see the numbers rollback. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMotivation!!
Now to not eat too much at six flags tomorrow :P
171.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
