Here we go... again. I am a 25 year old female from Chicago and I think I have a secret chicago connection with Oprah... or at least with her diet. 5 years ago I lost 95lbs... and 5 years later I have gained back 30. Time to once again ditch the B that is my fat butt and get back to being comfortable with myself!! I'll never get rid of the stretch marks from being 250lbs not so long ago, but I can lose the tummy and thighs and I need to. Its hard enough rocking a tank top looking like a zebra. Let alone looking like a fat zebra.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself in the morning right after I wake up, stark as can be, right before showering. I figure doing it at the same time every day before consumption is my best bet at getting a consistent reading.

Morning Protein
Peanut Butter! I have a loaf of bread and jar of peanut butter at my desk. Every morning I have a slice for a good source of morning protien and carbs to really jump start the day, Im vegetarian so I keep close count on my protien! Peanut butter feels like breakfast too so that helps... Good luck! If you dont like peanuts theres always almond butter and nutella (hazelnut) too!

Drivers License Weight vs. Actual Weight
HAHA My DL says the same since I was 18 (150Lbs), since then I have:
Increased weight to 250
Dropped to 155
Increased back to 180

Uuuuuuuh I think I will save the DMV some ink and hold out till I'm 150 again Razz
