Yesterday was an okay day. I ate out for lunch, well it was an experience. I started out good and then I ended up over eating, I was stuffed and uncomfortable most of the evening. I went walking afterward and it helped a little. I ended up skipping dinner because I was so full most of the stomach definetly shrunk. I wont be doing that again. I managed to stay within my calorie range...but I dont feel good about skipping dinner. I drank a ton of water because I ended up getting a headache, probably because of the massive amount of sodium in the food I ate.

The good thing is my headache is gone, my weight held steady and the increased fluid intake probably paid off!

I cut the grass yesterday and tracked my steps and distance and it measured 2 miles in 2 hours! I was really surprised.
Today I am going to the market to help me get back on my low fat diet. Tomorrow, I will start a new regimen that will include weights and a lower fat intake. In my opinion I sort of fell off the bandwagon a little, but I am so ready to get back on, knowck off these few pounds and tone up the rest of my body!

Today my calorie requirement is 1468.

Body Fat% - 24.6
Muscle Mass - 41.3
Body Water% - 57.3
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so easy to overdo at restaurants! But our new healthy selves make up for it and move on. Good job balancing out the day. You mentioned on my journal about having a hard time running continuously except on the treadmill.. what works for me is having a measured goal (for me it's getting around the lake before I stop). Have a great day back on the wagon!

When I overdo things early, I sometimes cut dinner out too as I would rather put up with the occasional headache than with the scales the following morning. :-) Good job there. I appreciate your comments on the health care thread, and thanks for your note on my own journal. You are doing great LaShuan, keep it up!

Thanks Rebecca and Information. I am dedicated and trying really hard to get to my goal and maintain... I am also very passionate about the health care thing. I am a nurse so health care is near and dear to my heart.
