Positives about "over-eating" for two nights in a row ... 1. There are no more tempting snacks left in the house!! 2. My cupboards are a little emptier ... more room for healthy snacks! 3. A wonderful reminder that I am still susceptible to stress eating. 4. I'm still in my "range" ... which means I haven't done too much damage ... yet! 5. I realized how skilled I am at packing away a serious amount of calories in a relatively short period of time!! 6. I had practice getting on the scale even though I KNEW I had eaten more than I initially intended ... and I didn't totally FREAK OUT!!! 7. While I haven't quite felt like myself the past couple of days ... I do know that this WILL pass ... 8. I did not cave during the day!!! Nor did I return to my old drive-through fast food tricks ... pre-eating before I even arrive home for dinner! 9. I'm not fooling myself into avoiding the scale. 10. I'm still HERE!!!
