I need to get back to 74,4kgs. Haven’t been there in forever. Diagnosed with hypothyroidism and now on new meds. Joined lean girl body lab and found out that my calorie budget is 1566kc per day. Perhaps trying to maintain a 1200 over all these years has damaged my thyroid function as that is way too low.

Lessons learned from LBL so far.
- track calorie intake and stay within healthy calorie budget.
- try to include protein in every meal.
- protein should be 2 X goal weight in grams (therefore 138g protein per day.
- do as much weight training as possible to increase muscle mass which burns more calories more efficiently.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
