Had quite a decadent weekend watching live sport, overindulging on unnecessary carbs, drinks etc. Have tried to compensate and make some sacrifices this week to make up for it. Grateful for the change, even if so small and due to hormonal water weight.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
