goooooood sunday mornin everyone...decided to go back to my own eating plan as i just wasnt followin the weight watchers eating plan at all...i was eating the way i use to eat when i first started workin off the weight an decided it was time to zero out the weight chart once again and get bck on track with all the eating...its a work in progress for me an always will be..something i want to change so much cause im happy with the new me and feeling i carry inside from knowing i can achieve anything i set my mind to...ive been eating way to much salt lately so the up in my weight is just a minor setback..but it was good at the time..and i look at the upswing as great motivation when i do work off the salt and see the accomplishments from it...woke up extra early for a change..rode the bike for 2x30 min yesterday..wanted to do another 30 but just to humid yesterday to get in the mood of going out an doing that last ride...not sure what im going to do today for exercise...was thinkin of takin time off from walking an tryin to build up a routine of stationary riding 3-4 times a day...different workout keep my body guessing as to whats going on...but not sure my butt can take that kind of a workout...lol...even with a padded seat on the bike, it still gets old after 10 min on it...lol...so not sure what im gonna do today...but i kno that its time to change exercise routines an make my body wonder what the heck is going on here...well need to go in an get breakfast in me so i can head out the door at 6 to peddle no where...lol...have a greatttttttt sunday....
