gooooooood saturday mornin everyone...woke up to the sound of thunder and lightening this morning...so no walk, but i do feel great for a change...last 3 days just been feelin blaaaaaaa...yesterday all i did was lay around an sleep...even had a sweatshirt on cause i was cold...90 outside an im freezin...but today i feel fine..so gonna go out an get on the stationary bike an get that much needed exercise in ...since i havent been gettin any steps in for last 3 days my pedometer is having with drawals...lol...more rain is headed this way..so guess il just have to get all my steps under the outside porch roof today riding like heck an going no where..lol...well just had breakfast so gettin ready to go out an do my first session on the bike..have a greattttttttttttt day...even if its gonna be rainin...lol...

thanks twin..my seat on bike has extra padding..but i dont think you can ever get enough paddin back ther when you ride a bike..when i lost alot of my weight i lost alot of that extra weight bck there...no extra paddin back there like ther use to be..gotta add it ...an 30 mins is about all i can take before i have to get off an take a break from it...lol..have a great day yourslf...
