onHere I am again. If I make it through today it will be day 5 of no PNB. I do not remember the last time I went that long without eating it. It seems so strange.

So yesterday I did okay, although because I was angry and stressed I did really want junk food and a lot of it. But I refrained because it would only hurt me more in the long run.

I've also noticed a few things to during these few days that I have been recording my food, I'm not drinking nearly enough fluids, and I also need to make my dinners lighter. The reason I say that is I have found that if my dinner is to heavy my stomach goes all weird when I return to work after our break which is only a 1/2 hr long. This maybe a bit graphic but there is nothing worse then working when your all gassy and feel like you need to go bathroom every 5mins. So something else to work on. Everything is simply a work in progress.

Well that's about it for me.
