When weighing myself, if I lose less than (unrealistic) amounts of weight I beat myself up & get disheartened. So stupid.. luckily I'm aware of it, so have NOT got scales but instead am going to persist with using clothes I couldn't fit, as my feel good "measure" .. And oh boy that SMUG feeling of "go me" when I got into my jeans again today - jeans I could barely drag up over my knees 3 weeks ago :):)

Yes, go you! The scales are only one way to measure weight loss, how our clothes fit is another.
