I had dropped out for awhile, and had stayed the same weight for a couple months, eating all I wanted, but doing pretty well with walking and exercise classes. Then 5 weeks ago BAM!- I was in a car crash- T boned on my side by a drunk driver careening through the intersection- and had 5 broken ribs and some other injuries. I am just starting to be able to move at all, and you know I hate those pain pills, they make me so nauseated. So I ate mashed potatoes and bread for a bit, so that I could take a pain pill and keep it down. Also I think there must be some edema still, because the waists on all my clothes are hurty. Anyway, I am resolving to start back comparing calories used to calories taken in!
