Week 1 Day 4 (yoga...sub housework)


Soo, I was not feeling the yoga today at all. I woke up late and was like ok I can do 1 1/2 hours of friggin yoga or I can clean my house from top to bottom and grocery shop and do my hair....


I decided on the latter and was sweating bullets. I just can not bring myself to do that yoga video, the venyasas for days just kill my soul a little bit every time. I am thinking I may throw in a day at the gym since that is spinning day.

I am back to drinking my water, I also made some great choices when going shopping this afternoon. I did not pick up one bad things, everything in my cart was colorful and healthy. Yeah me

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing a great job. I am feeling good and hoping to look even better

Yoga is my least favorite also. whille I don't mind yoga- he overdoes those venyasas,downward dogs things,ugh. I never do the whole dvd- I don't have the time- usually I do 45 to 50 min and skip around some or have skipped that work out and walked or ran. Today I did almost 48 min straight (no skipping) actually alittle sore.

Yeah, I may have to sub that one out too, with something....with my allergies and nose issues having my head down does NOT work.
