Week 1 Day 1


Alrighty people, I am starting over with p90x today, Classic Version. I did my first month of the Lean and it felt good, I am going to try my hardest this time around.

I had some good results but I want some EXCELLENT results this time.

Stephanie - you might want to take your arm measurements both straight at your side as well as flexed. I've found this helpful to see if my muscle is actually growing. Also - don't forget your calves! You'll be working them a little on leg day. They're really necessary to give your entire leg definition. If you are going to use a calculator for body fat percentage and such, you will also need to take your neck measurement. :) Good job on the first 30 days!

I am celebrating the small goals... I know I could have done better. i am going to try alot harder this time around.
