Week 4 Day 7


Sooooo I am at the end of my first for weeks of p90x. I actually got some compliments that I was looking good today from some co workers. I felt so good.

I am actually starting "over" with week one of the classic Version. I am going to take some new measurements tomorrow and take a pic....not sure if I am ready to take a before and after picture.... I think I want to wait until the end of my 90 days on p90x classic.

I had a few pieces of candy today, I was hungry. I know I need to get some kind of healthy snack for the theatre. I seem to get hungry and not have anything but crap to eat.

I know I need to work on that. I also bought a nice bottle so i can starting having a second protein shake in the afternoon to get those levels up and I can hopefully get to 40% as my daily protein intake.

Thanks to all those who have been reading and commenting here is to the next 90 days of my life.
