So I joined the gym and got a fitness programme done today. I need to follow it for six weeks to see any progress. the worrying thing is that the fitness instructor says I may not notice any weight loss during the first six weeks! :-( Anyway we'll see how it goes.

Had an OK week, but not feeling as good as last week. Had a couple of day where I may have gone over my calorie intake, but I tried to keep up the exercise. Went to the gym today, and trying to keep active generally rather than sit on the sofa vegging!

You may not notice weight loss on the scale, but you will notice your clothes getting too big for you(losing fat/inches). You may also see the scale drop a lot. Being active is great! Good luck on your fitness program!!

You'll start noticing it in ur clothes.. I didt think my body was changing until I put on a dress that I wore when I was 6 lbs heavier.. The dress don't fit now.. So I thk'll you'll notice it even with the first 5 lbs.. Gud luck!
