I'm trying not to be disappointed that I haven't lost any weight this week. I know that I did not follow my diet to the letter and there were a few meals out and wine!!

I decided to take my measurements and I have lost about a inch all over!!! Not so bad.

Don't be disappointed. Considering that you didn't follow it as closely, I happy for you that you didn't gain any. That counts as success to me. But now you can see what you did or did not do, and fix it to show a loss for the next weigh in.
