Brilliant! 3 pound off this week. Feeling really pleased with myself. I have decided to set myself some small goals to achieve. I have already joined a challenge to lose 10lbs in June, so that will be my first goal - 175 by 30 June!!

Thanks, kind of you to say. It wasn't easy and I know I have a long way to go, but I love this site!!! Keeps me motivated. I was actually looking forward to getting weighed this morning!! A first for me. Off to the gym now for a little workout.
