First I'll give myself a pat on the back for not weighing myself for the past three days LOL Secondly I feel a bit silly as I didn't really fully understand the US POINTS system. I could figure out why everyday I was struggling to keep within my points allowance I just put it down to being a terrible overeating and thought I would never succeed at this...NOW I have found out that u actually get an extra 35 flexpoints! Thank God for that! Some days u really need a bit of a 'buffer' so hopefully with this info I can try and do better this week!

Diet Calendar Entries for 07 June 2009:

Yes, you eat your daily points (they are the minimum) and then you get 35 flex and you can also eat your activity points. But you may need to play around with the flex and see how they work for you. some eat all and lose great, others can only eat some. Good luck!
