I am really beginning to think I have hit my first plateau which is so frustrating since I have followed plan exactly and I work out 6 days a week at the gym and then about 30-45 minutes at home. This weekend was really tough have so many social activities. Still made the choice to eat on plan...Then had a fundraiser at our lodge where do they put me at the bake sale table rofl... talk about tough when all I wanted to do to was have a pity party but didn't...Anyway all of my friends out here thanks you for the support..This weight will come off...have a great day.

Hang in there, like you said the weight will come off. Sounds to me like you aren't giving yourself a break from exercise. Are you working with weights at the gym? Muscle weighs more than fat. It also burns calories at rest. You may be overdoing it.

A true plateau would be 4 weeks or more. If you can fit your clothes and still losing inches, it might not be a plateau.

Thank you both... I stayed on plan and even though the weight is not coming off right now I had lost 6.5 overall inches this past month and didn't even realize it. Yes I do strength training with weights 3hours a week on top of 3 days of boot camps along with 6 days of cardio for 30 minutes plus a light wake up work out of 30 min daily on the bosu ball of planks, push ups and squats... Thank you for the encouragement...
