Happy Friday!! I'm on day 4 of hard core following my points and not only did I get on the scale to see I was UP 2 effing lbs but I am starving. I can't stop thinking about Buffalo wings and fried mushrooms from Buffalo Wild Wings....wtf!! But alas I am having a salad seeeing how the BWW mushrooms and wings have helped me get my ass to the state it is now...lol
I'm having a super hard day today guys!! I really wanted to at the very least maintain what the scale said yesterday!! But I'm hanging in....just needed to let off a little steam, I'm hoping however that this starving I have going on is just a result of knowing that I can't eat the way I have been and it is all in my head because truthfully I don't feel all that hungry, I think the starving sensation is coming from the little buffalo wings dancing in my head.....so way better than sheep... :-)))

Hang in there. I know it's hard when you're thinking about your craving. Honestly, I think you're being too hard on yourself for being up 2 pounds if you weigh yourself daily. It could be anything: extra salt, water retention, etc. Keep on the right path and you'll do fine.

Rmemember if you weigh in daily, that the scale can change hourly. You may be up 2 pounds today and down 4 tomorrow. Drink you water, get in protein and fiber foods to fill you up so you aren't as hungry, and watch your sodium. Make sure you eat all your daily points. Get in those HG's (healthy guidelines, fruits, veggies, dairy et.)(they can make a difference).

Here is a 5 point Salad that should satisfy your Buffalo Craving! Ingredients * T. Marzetti Light Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, 2 tbsp * Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce,1 tbsp. * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces grilled * Kraft FAT FREE Shredded Chedar Cheese, 28 oz Directions * T. Marzetti Light Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, 2 tbsp * Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce,1 tbsp. * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces grilled * Kraft FAT FREE Shredded Chedar Cheese, 28 oz Just your typical salad prep. Shred romaine add spinach sprinkle cheese add chopped grilled chicken dip freely in hot sauce mixed with the blue cheese Good luck and remember YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Just find alternatives.
