New week. I should update but not much is happening. I am hiding from the scale so that is going well. Following my eating plan well.

Today I did some swimming and yoga. I am happy where I am. Getting stronger so tomorrow I am upping weight and starting a lifting thing ... I have to write the plan but it will happen... something with lower body and upper body I think....

I addition to those exercises my daughter got a dog and I have been taking it out for a walk now and then. Love it. You meet a lot more people with a dog.

dogs are great motivation to move. my mom went from total sedentary to walking Sadie almost every weekday. good for both of them.

So sweet. Yes having a dog and actually walking it, are great motivators. I miss mine all of the time.
