week 1 Day 5
Ooops I did the wrong workout today. I was supposed to do legs and I did Kenpo and Ab ripper. I will do the legs and back tomorrow. Either way, momma got a good workout in. It was an okay workout, I am thinking both cardio could use a little more intensity. I may use that and add a second video of some kind to really get my heart rate up.
And yes if anyone checked out my food, I ate dinner for breakfast because Dre cooked last night after my three hour window of not eating before bed and I wanted that Broasted Chicken BADLY......
Anyway, I also want to thank all my new buddies for commenting and giving me some good types. I looking forward to continuing this journey with you all. Ok, now I can go back to pretending I am doing some work...lol

first of all, good for you for getting your workout in!
now, are you using a hrm? when I do Kenpo, I always burn a ton of calories! Not as many as Plyo, but it's still good. I like Kenpo, it's pretty fun.

I am actually waiting on my HRM in the mail. Hopefully it will come soon, I guess I am just thinking about when I did Insanity, I was sweating like I crazy person...this was still sweat but not a down pour... and I was not thinking "Oh sweet Jesus DO NOT walk towards the light....do not walk towards the light." I heard the angels singing with Insanity, not so much with kenpo. I guess once I get the HRM it will let me know how I am doing.
