lol thinking about puke makes me nauseous but im so naar from that brownie that im just nt gonna eat for the hole day nw, just drink water cause its moer hot here in CPT omg

I think the stress of your wedding is getting to you ...when I changed my goal weight to 60 kg, I felt immense pressure and pushed me in the opposite direction ... Shy all I want to say is you going to look lovely in any dress size - all this is taking away from the most exciting part of your life (this was your own words) so just breath and love your body :) ....there's nothing wrong with eating pudding and cookies once in a while - so dust yourself off and do the best that you can!

I read a nice article on extreme and moderate eating - for some people going cold turkey is the way and for others a once in a while pleasure reinforces their goals so honey, figure out which one you are - I think you a moderator (like me) coz if food is off limits, I find myself wanting it more #just a thought

Thanks Guys :) Well I think I am actually a cold turkey type - since I struggle with moderation! I can't have something once in a while, then my brain thinks it's okay to have it whenever! I can do Cold turkey If I don't set a deadline to it ! If I just decide I don't eat it - I will have it on occasions where I have no control over the food served, but then I will go right back to not having it ! So should just get my mind on track again!

im also a cold turkey type lol, but as shy has said as long as i put a dead line on it, therefore i always set myself a loooooooong deadline of no having nothing special unless i slip up and lose all will power which then such balls
