Yesterday... Blooper !
Today - Good eating day so far, giving myself off from gym this week - just can NOT get up in the morning and I decided I will take this rest week and focus on my eating (Tend to eat better when I don't exercise since I feel too guilty to cheat) Maybe this will get my mind into a healthier space!
