Lol most people don't eat whole foods as intended in the "healthy diet" sense even the ones that think they are. Are they going and cutting sugar cane and sucking the juice out? Picking coconuts, cracking them and scooping the flesh out? Fishing or hunting and eating raw meat? To me, a steak and cooked vegetables are not much more "whole" than pizza.

that's always been my thing. once you open a container no matter how big it's challenge accepted. I don't stop till my spoon hits the bottom.

Bridget— make your own pizza using a 6 inch pita, your favorite homemade sauce and the usual toppings. I make my own sauce and freeze it in one of those oversized ice cube trays. Each cube is enough for one pita pizza. Use any of the usual pizza toppings (I just do onion, mushroom bell pepper and black olive), cheese, of course. Each pizza typically tops out at 500 calories. That is dinner for me. No urge to keep gorging because you have built in your own portion control. And it turns out we seldom eat pizza from a restaurant because we prefer our own. Healthier choices most of the time and less healthy choices once in a while. Deprivation does not work.

The audacity of ppl to make bags of bbq potato chips and then say they're to share. Ummm no thanks. I'll eat all 120,000 calories. Lol. And we're not even going to get STARTED on my thing with ice cream...except that I stress eat and I might have eaten a whole half quart of mint chocolate chip in one sitting six months ago. Maybe. lol
