Member since 2010 on and off.Been back now since March 30,2020 was doing great until my second pregnancy in 2015 then my Dad passed 3 yrs ago and I fell off track gained a lot of weight 100 lbs to be exact was at a whooping 248 lbs at 5 ft 2 inches and became a type 2 Diabetic in 2018. Made me realize I really need to do my best to reverse this disease at an early stage before is too late.Lost 50 lbs before getting back on this app but, hit a plateau and still have 50 lbs to loose hopefully using my favorite app (fatsecret) I can get my body to continue burning fat. So far I have lost another 25 lbs as of July 16, 2020 on here. Yay!! Update as of 1/13/21 I have lost an additional 20 lbs for a total of 92 lbs lost 8 more pounds I got this💪 Update as of 2/19/21 I reached my goal weight of 148 lbs in a period of 10 months I'm glad I didn't quit. I did it with Keto and IF best thing that ever happened to me although it wasn"t easy but I put my heart and soul into it and it worked.
