lost a pound although does not show up as I miscalculated the last entry. feel less bloated and a bit lighter. one thing I have noticed is that I am less hungry. planned next weeks meals. today is a day of exercise. walk round the harbour 1/2 hour and swim 50 minutes.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
