went away for a long weekend thinking I had done really well to stick to salad and protein. got back to find I've put on three pounds. boo ya

lost a pound although does not show up as I miscalculated the last entry. feel less bloated and a bit lighter. one thing I have noticed is that I am less hungry. planned next weeks meals. today is a day of exercise. walk round the harbour 1/2 hour and swim 50 minutes.

weather is awful and I have just remembered I have booked myself to go swimming this afternoon. hope the water isn't too cold. ⛈🥶
