Seriously trying to get in gear doing this again. I have been trying to eat well but almost every day I have some sort of snag that seems to defeat the whole day.

I just cannot seem to keep myself motivated and in line enough to hit the 270's mark.

Good to see you back, chica...you gotta know that there's always going to be something to give you an excuse not to take care of you biz. Accept that as a reality & it won't derail you as much. Motivation is nice, but people do stuff they need to do without being motivated all the time. Think about something else in your life that you don't necessarily like doing all the time but you make sure it gets done no matter what. Is it work? Is it school? Tap into that & use it to make your healthy a priority so you can hang around on this earth long enough to see that pretty baby of yours grow up & have babies.

Thanks K, you're right :) I think coming here helps, a LOT. Making myself accountable with the diary, watching everyone else's numbers drop...etc. If I can just make myself do it consistently! I did so awesome when I first started and I am trying to get back to that point! The thing that kills me is that I know what I need to do, I've done it before! Grr, makes you wanna slap yourself! lol Anyway, I WILL keep up on here and make sure I am aware of everything I am eating.

This site is really something, isn't it?? Don't beat yourself up about it, the important thing is you're back & I have no doubt you'll rock it out once again. Figure out what you can learn from your "hiatus" & move forward, & don't let yourself forget what happens if you slack off! :)

Oh yeah I think this page helps a lot with getting you to really think about what you are eating. I am back on track starting today also :)
