Down about 5 to 6 pounds since joining WW 3 weeks ago. Needless to say am pleased....

Happy weekend to all.

160.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb. Still to go: 20.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.2 lb a week
