I am catching up with my buddies today........Glad you are all well and "working it." I'm doing very well on weight watchers-down 9 pounds since beginning about 8 weeks ago. Started swimming a bit so I am enjoying that as an exercize. Sorry I haven't been "around" much lately. Have had some distractions as of late-but things are looking up/better so I will be around more.

Lost a bit of weight this week (weight watchers)! I'm pleased that it's going down, slow tho it might be.....

I celeberated Mother's Day at an all you can eat, expensive brunch, as one of the guests of my Friend's son. I ate as though I had just come off an island where food had been missing for a month or so! Presently am suffering heart burn, "woe is me syndrome" and ask myself HOW EVER COULD I HAVE BEEN SO OUT OF CONTROL??????????? In retrospect, had I known where we were dining, I don't think I would have remained at home-Here's to better days!!

Down about 5 to 6 pounds since joining WW 3 weeks ago. Needless to say am pleased....
