according to the fat fast diet I am supposed to have my at at 90% of my calories. I am not there yet. I am working on trying to get the numbers right still. Almost there. I am still taking off weight but I do want to do this right for the best results.

Bfd129 - if you are new to this maybe you don't know that you should not be worrying so much about the calories. I try to focus more on the ratios and have found that the reduced calories comes due to the hunger going away. Try to look at the percentages rather than the grams. I have found that also helps me. You will find your path and will have success!
